RENTAL POLICIES
PRICING
Production cost will vary depending on a variety of
factors. We have several different screen sizes that can accommodate
a variety of audience sizes and event types (such as
pool-side, driven-in, open air cinema or boat-in
movies). A major factor in the production cost is the
screen size you choose. Another factor in cost is the
distance our team must travel to your event from our
office. Other factors that affect the total production
cost include movie licensing.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served bases and
are secured with a signed-contract and 50% non-refundable
deposit. We book up to two years in advance.
PAYMENT
The remaining 50% of the payment is due at your event
(before setup).
FILM
LICENSING
Southern Outdoor Cinema's fee does not include
the cost for the movie license. Though, our services do
include assistance with the paperwork for the movie license.
Once you pick your movie title, let us know and we will forward
you the proper paperwork for acquiring the rights to show the
movie in public. See the Film

ON-SCREEN
PRE-MOVIE ANNOUNCEMENTS
Our in-house graphic artist will
assist you, at no additional charge, with creating pre-movie your
announcements, sponsor ads or slides. To guarantee that the
presentation will be completed in time for your event, all
materials need to be submitted at least two weeks before your
event date.
Instead of custom pre-movie slides movie trivia
can be substituted.

Policy
Prior to traveling to your event, we check the weather
radar. If there is a 40% or greater chance of rain, we will
be in contact with you regarding your options.
If during setup or during the event the weather looks threatening
(imminent rain, rain, looming thunder clouds, dangerous winds
capable of damaging equipment) Southern Outdoor Cinema reserves
the right to protect its own equipment by canceling
setup/production. Southern Outdoor Cinema reserves the right to
delay setup or to pause the production until suitable weather
conditions exist.
During your event, our technicians will have
access to live weather radar and keep you informed of any weather
changes that would effect your event..
LIABILITY INSURANCE
We carry a minimum of 1 million dollars in general liability
coverage. Upon request we will provide you a copy the
certificate. You may be added to our general liability
coverage as the "additionally insured" for an additional
fee.
